Hereinafter referred to as "the Seller" or "Company".

Identification of the buyer

Any natural or legal person making a purchase from the Company, hereinafter referred to as "the Buyer" or "the Customer".

Article 1: Purpose

These general terms and conditions of sale (GTC) define the rights and obligations of Company and the Customer in the context of the sale of FIBA ​​merchandising products and associated products.
Any order implies the unconditional acceptance of these GTC by the Customer.

Article 2: Prices

The prices of the services and products are those in effect on the day of the order. They are expressed in euros including tax.
The company reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but undertakes to apply the prices indicated at the time of the order.
The services remain the property of the company until full payment of the invoiced amount.

Article 3: Orders

Orders can be placed:

• by telephone or e-mail,
• via a contact form on the company's website,
• or during an in-person appointment.

All orders will be confirmed in writing (e-mail or other medium). The company reserves the right to refuse an order in the event of an ongoing dispute with the Customer or non-payment of a previous order.

Article 4: Payment methods

Payment is made according to the following methods:

• Bank transfer,
• Bank card (via a secure link),
• Cash (within the legal limit).

Payment must be in full before delivery of the services or products. In the event of non-payment, the company may suspend or cancel the order.

Article 5: Withdrawal

In accordance with Article L.121-21 of the Consumer Code, the Customer has a withdrawal period of 14 days from the order, except in the case of a service already performed or personalized products (prints, albums, etc.).

To exercise this right, the Customer must notify their decision by e-mail or mail to the following address:

The costs of returning the products are the responsibility of the Customer. No refunds will be made for services already performed or personalized products.

Article 6: Delivery of products

Prints, albums or any other product will be delivered according to the terms defined when ordering:

• hand delivery,
• or postal delivery (shipping costs to be paid by the Customer).

The company will endeavour to meet the announced deadlines. However, any delays may not give rise to damages or cancellation of the order.

Article 7: Warranty and liability

The company guarantees the conformity of the products delivered and undertakes to correct any error or defect reported within 30 days of delivery.
Any complaint must be sent by e-mail or mail to the address indicated above.

The company cannot be held liable for damages resulting from improper use of the products or circumstances beyond its control (force majeure).

Article 8: Intellectual property

The products delivered by the company remain the exclusive intellectual property of the Seller.
The Customer benefits from a right of personal use of the products delivered, under the conditions agreed upon when ordering. Any unauthorized reproduction, modification or distribution is prohibited.

Article 9: Personal data

The Customer's personal data is collected as part of order management and remains confidential.
In accordance with the Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978 and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the Customer has the right to access, rectify and delete information concerning him/her, upon simple written request.

Article 10: Competent court

In the event of a dispute, the parties will endeavour to find an amicable solution. Failing this, the competent courts will be those within the company's jurisdiction.
